These Biospheres are made up of inflatable modules, acrylic, rope, plants, water by Tomas Saraceno.The biospheres of this work are inspired by careful scientific studies of e.g. the formation of clouds, soap bubbles and the geometric principles in spider webs. When I first saw the top photo it instantly reminded me of the movie Arachnophopia, which basically began my extreme fear/hate for all insects. Every time I see it on TV I have to watch it, but once it gets to the barn scene I'm done. Have you ever seen it?
